Norden x Cody Hudson

A frequent collaborator with Norden, Cody Hudson (@struggle_inc) is a Chicago-based artist and partner at Land and Sea Department. We’re big fans of his designs — which pull from recognizable shapes and forms to create a body of abstract work. Resembling paper cutouts or layered collage, Hudson works in a variety of media ranging from sculpture to paintings to graphic pieces. His work has been exhibited at the Museum of Contemporary Art, Chicago, V1 Gallery in Copenhagen and at fairs in New York, Basel, Los Angeles and Miami. Most recently, Hudson worked with Nike for their ‘Artist in Residency’ program, creating an exclusive and personal collection featuring his designs. 

This year, we’re proud to debut two new pieces featuring Cody Hudson’s work. The ‘Enlightenment’ blanket (available in both Terracotta and Black) features a limited-edition design exclusively for Norden. Handmade in Lithuania, our wool blankets are reversible and are a simple way to add bold patterns to one’s home.
