White Water is a new hotel in Cambria, CA created by PRG Hospitality Group and designer Nina Freudenberger. Situated just south of Big Sur, Cambria is a quiet town with incredible coastal views - framed by fog and Monterey Pines. White Water is a modern interpretation of the laid-back Central California town, and the design seamlessly melds influences from California beach culture and Scandinavia. We've always admired Freudenberger's style, and love her book Surf Shack: Laid Back Living by the Water. Her design sense is perfect for this cozy space along the Central Coast.

White Water is just steps away from Moonstone Beach and the meandering boardwalk that lines the coast. Borrow a bike from the hotel and explore —  or take your morning coffee to go. Coffee and pastries are delivered to your door each morning - a memorable and safe addition to one's stay. The surrounding area is naturally beautiful - with Big Sur just a short drive away. Moonstone Beach is known as one of the most secluded surf breaks on the Central Coast, plus a beautiful place to beach comb for the perfectly polished rocks that gave the beach its name.
